We will refund credit card deposits and pre-registrations up to 24 Hours before the event, just call (845)691-1979 and speak to your representatives.

You will also have the option to change your date of play and have the deposit credited towards your date change as long as we are notified 24 hours before your reservation.

We are open for play in all types of weather conditions not posing a threat to players safety. Refund requests for no-shows or cancelations on the attempted day of play will be declined as we have set up the gear and hired the staff for your group.
